I found Justin on craigslist for an event we were having at Lime, SF. He is not only very affordable but the quality of his work is outstanding. Shooting events in lounges is hard enough with the lighting, but in our case it was a VERY crowded party with barely any room to move. Despite that Justin found all the right angles, the right expressions, the right moments to capture. This was a very special event for me and I could NOT be happier with the results. I can honestly say I have not looked better in any other set of photographs of mine ever!

We had Justin photograph our wedding and LOVED him!
We found Justin on Yelp after interviewing a ton of other photographers who were extremely expensive and refused to give us digital rights to our photos. Within seconds of meeting Justin, we knew he was the right person. He is super friendly, and eager to try challenging locations (we got married on a boat on the open water). His price is hard to beat, and his photos are amazing. Even my father (who used to be a professional photographer himself) complimented him on his constant movement to take great shots without getting in the way!
I loved the slide show he emailed me so we could share the best shots with friends, family, and coworkers who just wanted a taste of our wedding. I also love the diversity of shots that he provided us for our photo album.
Other things we loved about him:
He is in constant contact with us leading up to and after the wedding.
He sets aside the entire day for us, regardless of how many hours we booked him for.
He doesn't try to sell us more than we want.
He gives us complete rights to our photos, which means we can order shots through him or on our own.
He is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.
He totally listened to us about what kinds of shots we wanted.
He made me (and everyone else) look awesome.

We hired Justin to do some family portraits in an outdoor setting. He kindly offered to meet us at the location of our choosing. He was extremely patient in working with us, our 3 yr old daughter and family dog. (Yes, the dog was more cooperative ;-) He offered great suggestions on posing and angles for the photos.
The photos turned out fabulous!!!
We used a couple for our holiday cards. Many of our friends asked who we used. For the quality of the photos, his professionalism, and his patience, we were more than happy to refer Justin to them.

I hired Justin super last minute to photograph my 30th birthday party, as a gift to myself. I was so lucky that he was available. His rate was affordable, but even more importantly, the quality of his work was fantastic, especially given the humble surroundings. His demeanor was friendly and easygoing, which served him well - he was able to get great candid & casually posed shots of my friends without us even knowing he was there.
